Dell Veltri

Dell comes from a family of contractors, with his father being one of Southern Colorado’s top home builders in the 1990s and 2000s. Growing up around construction, Dell learned the value of hard work, honesty, and delivering on time.

With a background in commercial steel construction, Dell saw an opportunity to bring the efficiency and planning of commercial projects to residential painting. His goal is to provide top-quality painting services with a professional, streamlined approach.
Originally from Pueblo, Colorado, Dell moved to Denver to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado. After 12 years of running his steel business, he expanded into commercial painting and, after its success, brought the same high standards to residential projects.
Today, Paint Coat Seal is built on expert craftsmanship and reliability, serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients with top-tier painting, coating, and sealing services.

As a proven leader, C-Suite officer, and entrepreneur, Ilya brings a vast knowledge of business and financial acumen to the company. His strategic thinking with a mix of financial knowledge helps Paint. Coat. Seal. to enter the new phase and jump beyond current organizational capabilities.

Ilya has graduated from Columbia College with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and received his Executive MBA with distinction from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Ilya enjoys traveling, great outdoors, and reading.
